This evening's newsletter has only 2 topics, but is loaded with important information. Please, take a moment to read:
1)Since changing the name of A Peaceful Pet to PetProductDelivery.com, adding new services and an online store, we have seen an increase in pet product orders from people across the U.S. Hurray! Many, many thanks to each and every one of you! However, our original web platform is clunky and does not handle seamlessly with the online store. A couple of years ago adding an online store to our current website and directing visitors of apeacefulpet.com to the same URL as PetProductDelivery.com seemed like a good idea. Since then our product selection has grown many times larger than is reflected on the website. So, I see no further reason for people who want to shop for the best prices on the very best pet products to have to log on and slog through a site that is not effective. And, I see no reason to change the entire website, because the services side of this business (grooming, ect.) is completely unchanged. Here's what this boils down to for our valued clients:
A) Beginning this weekend I will be directing the PetProductDelivery.comURL to the online store, only. It will be built in a better, cleaner, more user friendly format with many more products. This will take time. At the very least it will not be up before Monday, but most likely it will take longer.
B) For those logging on to PetProductDelivery.com, there will be a link back to the old site with services and the old online store until the new online store is finished.
C) Clients that prefer calling in, e-mailing or texting their orders may continue to do so...even after the new site is finished.
D) Clients that like using the old online store the way it is can continue to do so until the new store is finished. When everything is up and running I will e-mail an announcement with a link for pet parents to enjoy a smoother online shopping experience. And, as always, I still guarantee the best prices. If you see a lower price on a product I carry somewhere else, let me know and I will drop my price to beat it.
2) As a special "thank you" to everyone for being patient with this process, I am offering a flat 5.00 off all orders of 55.00 - 99.99 and 15.00 off all orders of 100.00 or more. This offer is open to all clients, local and across the country. This offer is good on orders submitted via phone, text or e-mail. Any combination of products. Your choice. This offer is good through Sunday, May the 5th @ 8:00p.
