This photo was taken relaxing w/ B.J. after I wrapped up my studio projects. Here my little buddy seems to be wondering, "How could working in the studio be more fun than playing in the yard?"

![]() So this is part of one corner of STUTZ Studiowerks. I call it my "inspiration wall" and it changes over time. I have my work, the works of friends and family, photos, magazine articles, mementos and anything else that I find inspiring or motivating. Higher up on the wall (out of view of this photo) are framed works. I miss all of my little APP groomies, but gosh it was nice to spend a whole Saturday in the studio. Please, enjoy this slide show of some of today's works in progress... Dear Pet Parents,
I will be out of the salon starting next week and will not return to grooming until Thursday, April the 3rd. This week I have some openings for grooming, but not many. I will be leaving the salon early on the days that are not fully booked this week. This means that if you've been thinking about booking an appointment this week, please do so now! Also, my retail clients should probably give me a ring before heading over to shop, although I can assure you that I will be in all day Friday and Saturday (slammed!) I may not be Thursday and Sunday. I hope this is all clear, if not feel free to call or text: 832-549-1730. Thank you! [email protected] ![]() Let's all welcome our new friend Charlie to the APP pet family. He's 6 months young and today he had his very first spa treatment. This puppy has a naturally calm disposition. Doesn't he look relaxed enjoying an after groom duck foot? ![]() In this photo Charlie is wondering, "Did I hear my family coming in just now?" You may remember our friend Sprinkles, the world's tiniest Shih Tzu. Well, she has a very adventurous family that allow me to exercise some creativity. Last time I posted her photo she was in a scissored Teddy Bear cut. Today I styled her in a modification of the Lowchen (Little Lion Dog) breed hairstyle. Why leave your pet in the same old hairstyle day after day, year after year? Let me give your pet a fun make-over that the entire family can enjoy! :-)
(The kids in this family LOVE to be surprised by Sprinkles' monthly make-overs.) ![]() A few days ago I was talking to someone in my meditation group about Baila and how her breathing difficulties have been worse lately. This woman has never met my dogs. We were just sharing conversation about the air quality in Houston and the topic came up. Yesterday, I was amazed when this wonderful person gave me a Hepa filter to help Baila with her breathing. She said she had two and gave one to a friend and figured I could take the other one home for my dog. Wow! How sweet is that!? I wanted to post a photo of the filter with my elder IG as a way of saying thank you to this good Samaritan. :-) |
