Dear Pet Parents,
In this week's newsletter we cover the following topics: 1) Clearing up confusion about placing an order, 2) Improving the website, 3) Our next Pet Product Delivery.com events!
1) It has come to my attention that some people would like to order products, but that there may be some confusion about how to do it. Let me attempt to clear up some misconceptions.
* You do not have to wait for an announcement that I will be in your neighborhood to order. You can call, text or e-mail an order 24/7. Orders are delivered Wednesday through Sunday.
* You do not have to be home to receive an order. Just like UPS and FedEx I can leave your package for you when you are not home. But BETTER than UPS and FedEx, I'll leave it where you want me to. No surprises. ;-) You can pay for your order via online invoice if you wish to have a package delivered in your absence. You can also pay cash, check, credit or debit @ the time of delivery if you plan to be home. It's up to you. All of the products that are currently in stock can be found by clicking here.
2) I will be updating the website over the next couple of days to make it easier to navigate. If you have any suggestions about changes you'd like to see, please let me know. I am here to serve YOU, so don't be shy!
3) Pet Product Delivery.com will be coming to a location in your neighborhood with FREE samples, fun and a drawing to win 50.00 in FREE Holistic Health Products for Pets! Stop by these locations for your chance to win!
