Learn 2 Groom and Small Animal Pet Sitting clients may pay via online invoice @ the time services are rendered. They may also prepay using debit or credit via online invoice (sent via e-mail). Small Animal Pet Sitting clients must pay a deposit of no less than 25.00 (equal to 1 - 15 minute visit) before services are rendered to hold the appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Effective October 1, 2010
*Any client that books a Small Animal Pet Sitting or Learn 2 Groom appointment is asked to give at least 24 hour notice by phone (832-549-1730) if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason.
*Any client not cancelling a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours ahead of their scheduled appointment will be considered a No-Show.
*Any client that No-Shows for an appointment will be asked to pay full price for the missed appointment before being allowed to schedule another appointment.
*Calling after hours to cancel an appointment the night before a scheduled appointment will be considered a No-Show.
*E-mailing after hours to cancel an appointment the night before a scheduled appointment will be considered a No-Show.
*Calling to cancel an appointment is always preferred as e-mails are checked infrequently.

Set-up Delay Fee
This fee does not apply to Pet Product Delivery or Small Animal Pet Sitting. For in-home Learn 2 Groom lessons, we typically allow 10 minutes from arrival to set up tools and equipment @ no charge. The same applies to removing equipment and leaving. It takes about 10 minutes @ no charge to you. Most of our clients live in homes where we park directly in front of the door, in the driveway or garage and walk right in. However, we have encountered situations, primarily in gated communities, high-rises and mid-rises, where there is no designated guest parking, no street parking, no doorman, or some other situation where up to an added 30 minutes were required just to get into and out of the client's home. In rare cases, we have had delays in single family homes where the client was not ready for our arrival and had to wait for them to wash dishes and remove other objects from the area we have been assigned to work in. So, for circumstances where we are expected to park across the street in a business parking lot, walk around (or through) ditches, drive around the block multiple times, or sit @ a guard station or wait for a valet until checked in, there will be a set-up delay fee of 45.00.
